Installing wall hung dog door and making good hole in wall where cat door was

I'm looking for an ingenious tradie who can install a wall hung dog door and repair the hole in the wall from the old cat door. The old cat door abuts a wall stud, so the new dog door cannot be placed over the position of the cat door. The dor door is to be installed into a wall that is about 140mm thick. The wall cavity needs to be lined with a suitably firm liner material (wood, aluminium or 2mm thick plastic sheeting) so the dog can go through the wall "tunnel". Dog door frame is 366mm wide X 441mm high. Dog is a medium sized dog approx 7kg. Not urgent but would like this sorted out sooner rather than later.
