Replace or fix a couple of cladding panels and vent a dryer

We have several cracks/holes in our cladding, that we hope can be repaired but may need the panels to be replaced. The current panels we have are treated with a raised rough paint job(should be able to see in the pictures), we are not attached to this look at all and just painted replacement boards would be fine in necessary. Happy to paint any replacement panels ourselves. We also have a drier that we want to vent through the same panels. We believe we have the necessary materials for the extraction.
