Generally superficial repairs for internal window jambs, scotia or gib in locations where flashings installed 2 years ago fixed historic water issues. Also work on pavers/driveway. Bathroom – Replace and repaint scotia (2.0m) and gib (2.5m x 1.8m); Bedroom – Repair or just prep and repaint MDF bottom window jamb (2.0m); Dining room – Replace/repair and repaint MDF top window jamb (1.0m) plus repaint scotia (0.2m); Kitchen – Replace/repair and repaint side window jambs and architraves (1.2m x 2 sides); Laundry – Prep and repaint bare wallpaper behind supertub (1.5m x 1.0m); Driveway – Reset pavers (2.0m x 1.0m) and replace asphalt strip including new subsoil drain (2.0m x 0.6m).
