New exterior weather board and Hardieflex (16m long, single story) wall requires painting. Job will include: - Filling and sealing of gaps in weather board joints - Filling of nail head depressions - Priming - Minimum 2 coats of exterior gloss paint - Masking and painting of 2 window frames Access is level, and on NW side of house.
