Reno for two flats

Hi there, We need a full renovation on a two flat property . We are planning to do a full renovation of the kitchens and bathrooms, and simple landscaping. We are after a builder to do the following: 1. Kitchen x 2 install: - new benchtop - new tapware and sink - new kitchen cupboards/cabinets - rangehood and extractor fan 2. Bathroom x2 install: - new vanity - new toilet - new shower and shower fittings - extractor fan - new lino 3. Bedrooms and living room: - plastering walls 4. Landscaping - building new fence and deck The aim of the project is to 1) Improve the valuation. 2) Attract good quality tenants as a result of improving. Job is definitely going ahead but would like to get quotes before give out contract. Quotes are one factor but more importantly we are after starting time, ability to finish on time (to reduce holding cost) and quality. Please advice of your possible starting date in your message as we would like to begin this job ASAP. Thanks
