Raise a gutter or fit a spreader

Gutter of patio is too low, water overshoots in heavy rain. Needs to be raised a few inches. Or maybe a spreader added where spouting ends higher up? Length of gutter 3m15cm; about 2m off the ground. If you were raising the gutter you'd need to trim off the ends of 5 little beams holding up the patio roof. There is no category for spouting installers...
