Sealing up External Front Door

The frame on my wooden front door seems to have moved (maybe caused by an earthquake). Whenever there is a northerly wind, a draught comes inside on the left hand side and underneath the doorsill. Can someone please seal these gaps - inside and outside? I want a neat and tidy job.
