Hi we have a number of small/medium sized jobs suitable for a skilled builder or handyman as follows: 1. Boxing around our deck area and ground approximately 3m (photo supplied) 2. Door stop on deck door and bathroom (tiled walls and floor in bathroom so needs tile drill) 3. Window Latch fixed (rusted and broken) photo supplied 4. Front door flap installed on bottom of door 5. Door handles and pulls installed on 3 doors 6. Window locks on two windows installed 7. Secure drawers and bookshelves to walls x4 8. Redo seal around bathroom sink x1 9. Build 2 steps outdoors on section No specific time frame but not months away if possible. Happy for you to come and view if required. I'm at home with toddler during the day so morning suits for visit.

I do not recommend this company. Gab Hessian from Property Solutions Wellington caused damage to our property in the course of completing work (broke a front window) and while he agreed he had made the damage and would pay for the damage he has failed to do so. This has been an ongoing issue since 5 March 2019 and I have now filed a claim in the smalls claim court for $625 which is the cost of the damage I have personally had to pay. He has repeatedly lied about his intention to pay.
