Roof - Small areas of corrosion requiring attention (trough section iron). Cladding - Some cracks in weatherboards requiring sealing. Replacement of some damaged weatherboards (hardiplank installed approx. 1978, may or may not contain asbestos) due to exposed framing. Window seal maintenance. Small area of timber decay on window facing. Foundation - Crack in ring foundation with exposed steel reinforcing that shows corrosion requires treating and concealing. Outside - Sealing around rear taps penetration with paintable silicone. Rear soaker needs replacing where damaged. All of this is detailed in the pre purchase inspection report which can be supplied. The house is relatively small only 90sqm
