3 small (and hopefully quick) jobs

First job: two back panels need to be replaced OR boarded over with panels that can be unscrewed. There was a leaky pipe, which has been fixed, but I would like to be able to get at the pipes in future so the latter solution is preferable. See attached photo. Second job: remove old and unused exhaust pipe (currently being held up by the small cabinet it transverses) and cap it. See attached photos. Third job - very simple. Hang new curtains in hall - I don't have a long enough ladder and not good at heights.
