I had a Punga tree remove, however it broke at the very base, now have a partially dug out roots and under ground base. It may take just a axe or pic to remove the last bit, but I cant do it.

Great initial response, I offered the job to this company and arranged suitable day. Waiting over an hour before I phoned to chek they were coming. Young man arrived and worked for an hour, then stopped. We discuss him coming back to remove the roots on Wednesday, no response, no workman. Didn't complete the job. Had to arrange another to complete to job at further cost.
