General handyman tasks

House is rented out. We are new owners took over in June 2018 and these are the works needed as per our house inspection report done in June 2018. Mobile no provided is our daughter based in Wellington whom is the property --- & wife lives in Singapore so email will be good. (1) Gutters need cleaning out (2) Gap between bath and shower - need to be sealed. to prevent retention of water from bath tub during bath. (3) Cracks to wall in Lounge area (4) Sliding door in laundry area comes off the track or gets stuck. (5) 2nd coat of paint on the ceiling above the shower dome due to high water moisture. Unfinished work from previous owner. (6) Common bathroom - other small jobs not critical : a. Bath tap often comes off at the bath tub. b. Cracks through the basin – should be okie – what can we do to prevent it from cracking . c. Window handle broken d. Rusty door hinges e. Windows - window seal gone - should we be concern?
