2 town houses

Hi We have owned our own home for the last five years with the idea to build on our back section. It has road frontage off of cunliffe st. Our property is in Anahiem place Churton park with a total land area of 806m and a house+carage on the front at the bottom of the hill. The idea is to build 2 80-110sqm town house off of Cunliffe St and sell them, potentialy to the sell and remove the house we are in to build a new bigger home in its place. We have talked to the bank and they were willing to fund it last year but we never got around to getting quotes, except for a nice house we had designed for up there over 5 years ago. Regrettably it was too pricey and would not suit the current prices for this area. Hence the idea for two smaller ones like we have seen done already. If you could supply some ideas and or quotes that would be fantastic. We ideally would like this to happen asap.. once we get a few ideas and responses back. Thanks in advance.
