Odd jobs

We are a property management company looking for a handyman for the small odd jobs that come up at one of our properties in Newtown. These are the jobs that currently need doing: * Oven door needs to be tightened * Check out the wiring/light switch in the hallway as one light doesn't work and advise if fixable or if an electrician is needed * Cold water tap needs tightening * Install toilet paper holder * Install towel holder You will be paid by the hour; please quote your hourly price. You will need your own tools.
