Guttering corner needs repairing (corner easily accessible from path) Master bedroom wardrobe bifold door catch needs tightening or replacing Dining room door needs easing and hinges adjusting/tightening Kitchen Rangehood lights not working / need replacement bulbs Window catches around house need checking to ensure they are screwed in to firm wood tightly Light bulb to external light fitting on entrance path needs replacing
