Gordon and Sean supplied and fitted an entry (external) door. The list of problems includes poor workmanship and dishonesty about product. I would warn anyone thinking of engaging this firm for work that requires any precision, and you will need to check that you are getting what you are paying for. The issues I experienced are: - door supplied was not the cedar door quoted for, but a cheap product worth less than half that indicated, - door was damaged, dented and nicked on one edge, - door roughly sawn with the laminate ripped on the bottom - door not sealed on the bottom as necessary for an exterior door, top not finished either - incorrect hinges for the type of door - door poorly fitted and rattles in the wind - deadlock not fitted properly and not locking securely - two coats of stain/varnish rather than the 3 required in product specs. I have received no apology and my request to remedy the problems was treated as "demands". Not what you would expect from a business that claims to go the extra mile. I have not paid the last instalment of the amount charged and we have agreed to call it quits.

"Hi Home owners when using this site do not expect to get a cheaper price for what you want done, we are doing our best as well as offer a professional service to you, we do not need these derogative comments from folks out there. In this case she could have gone to a joiner and had a door custom made for her requirements, not expect the same door for the price of $782.00 including GST supplied and installed, including dead bolt, new door handle and correct hinges, we were not given the opportunity to improve the door to her standards "Demands ?" We were not prepared to be out of pocket 3 times the value we were paid, even if we were given that option, thinking about that is frightening, then not being paid? We have a 98% positive feed back.
