Brendan answered the ad quickly and came round and had an estimate a few days later. He did push it back a few weeks as it was fixing a hole in the bathroom which could be done on a wet day, which was understandable. On the day, they were in and had it sorted in about 25-30 minutes and gave me clear instructions with drying time and when I could use shower, and painting over repair.
