Quick Makeover Repairs

I have an old house that is very basic and run down that I am preparing to sell. Needs mostly patch-up aesthetic work inside and out - probably 2 to 3 days in total. Also need a handrail for steps down to house to follow later I have painters about to start inside and there is maybe up to a days work inside to allow them to complete painting. Work includes some skirting boards, window catches to replace, holes to block, etc. It is really makeover work. The interior work is the very urgent, and I really want an immediate start. Can anyone help me out?
