Three Small Handyman Tasks

I require a few minor odd jobs completed - should take about an hour. I would like the work completed in the morning of Saturday 24 March. The jobs are: 1. assistance hanging a large picture on the wall 2. re-securing a heated towel rail to the wall (the bracket broke but I have purchased new ones it just needs to be drilled into the wall) 3. the sealant in the bottom of the shower needs replacing (I don't have the sealant or sealant gun so you would need to provide it)
