Two Bedrooms to Gib Line and Plaster

I have two bedrooms I wish to have relined/GIB replaced. I will remove old GIB, scotias/coves and skirting boards, so GIB will be onto exposed stud, it is a 70's house, so very easy to do, have one room done, so already know the effort involved. Will need GIB Cover and Skirting Boards put up, and GIB Stopped/plastered to finish. Keen to have this completed and ready for us to paint in the next 4 weeks, we want the rooms done by early December. We will have further work in the new year, so looking for someone to be able to work with on our small home tidy up jobs (and at a reasonable price, ideally fixed dollar quote, covering time and all materials). PHOTOS ADDED TO SHOW ROOMS (3 Back Bedroom pics, 2 front Bedroom pics). Rooms are 10.5 m2 and 12.5 m2, but have windows and wardrobes, so total wall space is not as large as you would think.
