Bathroom cabinet

Our bathroom sink and cabinet unit is a bit dated. It has mold in the underside of the sink, the hinges are rusting, and the pipes are a bit green. Wondering if we need to replace the whole thing or if it is fixable. We have a second hand cabinet on hand but would like professional advice. Please could someone give a quote and time needed?
