Jack of all trades, maintenance, home improvement.

I have an old villa in Aro Valley Wellington. I'm looking for a jack of all trades to do 1 day of work/maintenance every month. The work could be fixing a piece of lining, putting in a new lock, installing a new flashing, installing a new basin and taps etc. The person should be self motivated and be able to identify things that could be done in a shabby chic way to improve and maintain our student flat/villa. Occasionally the tenants might have a problem with a tap or something so it would be good to be available shortish notice for that kind of thing too. I will pay $35 including GST per hour, not including materials and a maximum of 1 day per month.
