The post for one of the retractable clotheslines in a small block of flats has snapped off . Now the rest of the post and the concrete where it was needs to be dug out. Following that we need to buy a new post and cement it in and re-attach the clothesline. It would really help if the tradie has a vehicle so s/he can pick up a new post.
