Hi there, My garage used to be a double, and there's a wall put in the centre to split the garage into two single car garages. At the top near the wooden roof beams, there are gaps that let air thru into the other garage. As my neighbours love smoking green, I'm unable to use my garage at all. I'm looking to have pieces of timber nailed up and some type of glue/sealant around it - so not a single bit of air can get through. I've masking taped some green rubbish bags up there, but the tape doesn't stick well - when the door is open the wind races through (I'm in windy wellington) and the tape slowly but surely peels off. I don't care about how nice/ugly it looks, just want it air tight please :)

Haven't been able to use my garage for the last two years due to my neighbors smoking all sorts of stuff and gassing us out. Finally said enough is enough and posted a job up. Legend Painters came over ASAP and worked late in to the evening/night. Work complete to high standard and I have entered the garage on multiple occasions and cannot smell any smoke whatsoever. I won't upload photos because the rest of my garage looks bad. Will definitely use these guys again next time we need any work.
