House make up

We are about to sell our house and there is urgently some work to be done: - front door requires easing and painting - entry door of one room is binding slightly on the opening edge and could be eased, then painted - skylight area needs to be checked too (sealed?) and painted - bedroom 1: The door shows a drop to where a gap remains at the opening edge allowing the base of the door to drag more on the carpet. - bedroom 2: the floor towards the external wall has some bounce in the floor and could have additional piles installed to take up the slake adding additional support (only if this can be done quickly, not really urgent) - exterior painting (small areas) - some metal corrosion needs treatment (water supplier)
