Remove existing bathroom and toilet tiles. Repair any damaged flooring sheets and install 3mm thick fibre boards. Lay vinyl in bathroom (2 x 1) and separate toilet (1 x 1). Replace rotten window sill in bedroom (2 metres). Tenanted property
