External work on Lockwood home

Hi, we have just had a builders report on a house we'd really like to buy, but we need quotes done for some external work. Decay noted at joints and junctions on the back wall of the house, and Decay noted to structural elements(a part of the roof at that same end of house) I have pictures but can't upload them off my phone. If we purchase the house we'd want the work done ASAP.
