We have a flat on the top floor of an old villa. Some of the electrics are not working properly- 2 lights need checking, the bathroom extractor needs replacing and the doorbell is not working. In addition there is mould problem on the bathroom ceiling that needs cleaning. One of the sash windows needs attention to ensure it closes properly and we have birds nesting in the dryer vent - the nest needs to be removed and some type of cover put over the outlet to ensure they don't come back again

Todd was prompt when arranging quotes and time for visits. He also made good suggestions regarding he scope of the work. The job was completed on time and within the agreed costing.
