A DIY star

We've moved into new house and husband no longer able to do DIY and I never learned! I'm looking for someone who will take down two old blinds, put up a curtain rail, fix a couple of doors that stick and windows that won't open due to being stuck with paint, replace a toilet seat and put a ship bell beside front door. There may be a few more similar jobs but can't think of them at the moment. Thanks
