Wellington Handyman

Looking for a handyman for ongoing work. We are a serviced office provider requiring a go to person for all of our maintenance requests. Work to be completed after hours ( from 5pm or weekends). Type of works include - Painting - Desks refurbished by sanding back and staining - General handyman tasks We usually have a few call outs per month. Companies that we have worked with before on these kinds of tasks we have long term relationships with. Would like to work with one main person who undertstands our expections and requirements. We require and hourly rate charged for all works ( plus supplies). Invoice with 30 day terms ( usually paid within 14 days). I am in Wellington from next week and would like to meet with someone and decide on who we will work with
