INspect 3 areas of the house that are damp. Remove internal linings and advise on repairs needed. Secure facing boards on corner of house. Fix and seal nail holes and other pipes going into the house. Clear gutters Detatch 3 differenet posts from the house (remove nails). Spome other general work. Tidy up skirting boards inside. tidy some floor boards. Repair a couple of down pipes. Result of a building inspection
