1. Rotting board replacement external behind downstairs kitchen wall 2. Window locks install on four windows upstairs 3. Install deadlock to back door 4. Downstairs flat – remove door between bedroom and bathroom – and fill with stopped frame and gib 5. Possible removal of downstairs kitchen window to install extraction fan and splashback
