Small job to remove tiles and Gib board from walls of a small bathroom (demolition). Estimate 1-2 days work. Would prefer hourly charge rate and someone with some handyman experience working around electronical outlets etc

Dan did a great and fast job ripping out our bathroom. He offered to take all the waste to the tip for us too, which was real value add. Would hire Dan again
