Window Replacement (Old School Glass)

We have some small windows that need replacing. These are old patterned glass. I am told this pattern is called either "Carnival" or "Fiesta". Please see photos. We have 1 internal piece (potentially 2 depending on price) that measures approx 455mm X 395mm and the same again in an external door that measures approx 585mm X 395mm.
