I have a fireplace in my kitchen area that I would like removed. The job is: - removing the freestanding fireplace (I'll sell it) - removing the brickwork around the fireplace and making it ready for carpet - patching the ceiling and replacing the very simple architraves (or whatever they're called) ready for plastering and painting - blocking up the chimney in the ceiling - spreading insulation (supplied) References or good ratings essential. It's a small job and can be done as a filler on a wet day or two between outside jobs.

Colin is a true professional, an honest man, and a good bloke. He did exactly what I wanted and what he said he'd do. He also gave advice on other things around the house. Even though his prices are above average the experience and workmanship makes him good value.
