crooked flue needs fixing

Hi, We don't have a fireplace, but there is still a flue on the roof. The top part has been secured on with tape of some sort by the previous owner, and has become crooked in recent winds. We would like someone to come and affix it properly. The roof is super 6 asbestos, but the flue is near the edge of the roof. We would like this job done ASAP as we are selling and need it to be straight in the photos! Thanks
