Bed moving

Shattered my heels so limited in what I can do around home. Job could be easy, just needs double bed moved out of bedroom and a single loft bed currently in lounge put in its place. Ideally I'd want some strengthening of loft bed (metal) and plywood base with appropriate strengthing, welding would work best but wood could work just for strengthing. Ideally I'd want to it adapted for a double mattres to fit and weight bare in it. Half a day's work at most, an hour if just keen to do the bed swap around.
