Arch for Roses

I have a Bunnings wooden kitset arch that needs to go up in my garden so the roses can grow over it. It is all painted and ready to go up. It needs to be secured to some sort of foundation so it doesn't blow over in the wind - the old "foundation" is there an may be useable. Ideally I would like the work done this week as I have been let down by the person who had said they would quote and do this work.
