This project involves the demolition of an 80sqm cottage, taking certain materials to a building recyclers, and disposing of the other materials. Single level (with basement), timber framed cottage with timber weatherboards, aluminium joinery, and metal tile roofing. Everything to be removed from the site except the basement concrete pad, and concrete pathways. Access to the site is not suitable for heavy machinery so the best option may be for 2 or 3 fellas to manually demolish the cottage. Skip bins and/or small truck can be placed at the end of the driveway which is approx. 25 steps (upwards) from the cottage. I will pay for the skips and any tip fees so this would be a labour only contract. You will provide the manpower and any tools to demolish the cottage. Cottage to be demolished on the week of the 23rd Jan 2012. Happy to arrange a time for you to view the property and scope the project. Cheers, Jon

Prompt to view the work and provided a competitive quote. He (and his team) were fast to commence the work and worked hard to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. They encountered unforeseen issues with the demolition which altered the initial quote but he was very clear and upfront in all communication. Would use again for any work of this nature.
