Home rust treatment and paint

I have a 90 square meter, single story home that has some rust on corner soakers and nail heads. I am told they are Hardy's soakers and they will need to be replaced or treated and repainted. I'm getting the house ready for sale so need the work completed as soon as possible to get ready for the market. Not a lot of work but will likely take a couple of visits between primer and paint etc.
