Replace front door step (wood); stop downstairs bedroom doors from sticking; secure and fix dining room window; secure glass panelling on balcony; resolve wood rot at corner of front balcony; scrape paint marks from carpets; fill small holes in walls and sand, in preparation for painting; fix broken decking board. We are prepping the house for sale so are looking for best visual improvement for lowest cost rather than highest quality craftsmanship.
