Groundsman required

My body corporate is looking for someone to maintain the areas around our two double-storey apartment buildings. This involves regular tending to the following tasks, as required every month: removing debris and rubbish around the buildings (and taking to the tip) keeping the gutters along the public walkway clear of leaves rubbish keeping the apartment walkways clear of leaves and rubbish At this stage we are looking for quotes, and will want work to start in 2017.
