Need to replace/repair a piece of floor covering (linoleum). Size of the damaged area is around 1 sq.meter. I have a spare piece of the same linoleum, so a specialist will need to: 1. replace damaged area with new linoleum piece OR 2. repair damaged spots of the existing linoleum
