Property maintenance tasks

I have a random list of tasks that need doing around the house: - nail skirting boards to wall in 2 bedrooms - fit a lock to a loft hatch - fit a wall panel heater to the wall - work out why 3 doors are sticking and resolve it - change the bathroom extractor fan outlet so it goes outside and not in to the loft space - re-do sealant in kitchen between sink and work bench - re-do/neaten poor grouting attempt by back-door/floor tiles and by bathroom sink/tiles - remove a stubborn bolt from an outside door that I can't get off - fix leaking mixer tap in kitchen
