Shower repairs/replacement assessment.

A recent property inspection for an apartment I'm buying found some potentially serious issues regarding a shower unit whose linings are coming apart from the backing, along with elevated moisture readings around the shower and potential leakage through an adjacent wall. I'm looking for someone to do a full assessment of this issue, determine if it will require a replacement of the shower and repairs to the surrounding walls, and provide a quote for this work. This is just for the quote initially - the actual repairs will be conducted later after negotiation with the seller.
