Second storey spouting leaking, broken at joint above back door this needs to be screwed together not just silicone as job has been done 3 times before and keeps failing. Window needs replacing currently boarded up. All needs fixing soon please preferably thur/fri/sat/sun this week (6th Oct) Contact Helen --- (Grant --- ).
