General property maintenance type work

We require a few handyman type jobs to be done around our property in Kilbirnie ASAP reputtying part of a french door (just along bottom of top and bottom windows); fixing ladder/stair into attic roof; fixing two broken window latches; installing new skirting in bathroom (very small bathroom!); but we can putty and paint it; potentially fixing an existing exterior wall with a new panel; replacing small amount of guttering; Work might take one-two full days, will consider either paying hourly rate for labour, plus materials, or estimate/quote if preferred by tradesperson.
