We require a capable handyman to: 1-Fence Repair. Needs a hole dug ( not solid rock) and a new support pole concreted in. Replace uprights 1.1 x 1.5. 2- Build a new wooden step at front door, and secure to concrete pad. Present step up is to high (400). 3- build external freestanding steps with ballustrade. 950 wide x 1.4 high. From the top of a concrete wall onto a concrete pad.
