Move a panel heater, remove shelf and mount fold out table to wall

I run a health clinic in central Wellington and I need some small, but important jobs done. I need a ceramic panel heater and a shelf to be removed from the wall and the gaps created, to be filled and sanded. I then need the ceramic panel heater to be mounted on the opposite wall and a fold out table to be mounted where the shelf/heater used to be. (Please see attached photos for a visual explanation). The walls are gib and mostly hollow - so the fold out table may need some creative thought to erect. I'm all ears :P I'm guessing we may need to do this over a couple of days, so this may suit a tradesman who works in Te Aro/Central Wellington. I look forward to hearing from you, Sally
