Hanging a pulley clothes dryer

I've bought a pulley clothes drying rack to put up in my lounge, and I was just wondering how much it would be to install. The house has high ceilings and the kit set comes complete with everything needed (rack, rope, pulleys etc). Looking for someone reliable who hang the drying rack for a decent price. Thanks!
